2020 - 2021 10 inch screen Ford Explorer upgrade only give 8 inch resolution of screen after install

An 8 inch display is the default configuration of this upgrade and proper programing is needed for the vehicle to accept the full 10.1 inch display. If you run into an issue of the display on showing you an 8 inch resolution, after installing the Genie 1 minute after allowing the vehicle's engine to run and you received a green light, go to your General Setting and perform a Master Reset to resolve this issue.
If the issue persists after the Master Reset, the APIM may need to be looked into.
