4 to 8 Sync 3 upgrade Troubleshooting

The Genie for any 4 to 8 Sync 3 upgrade is only necessary for installs that retain the factory ACM in the vehicle. That given, if they order comes with a CD player, they want need a Genie because Ford Manager would've programmed the CD player(/ACM) already.
