Key fob Recognition issues

If you are having an issue with the key fob not being recognized this has nothing to do with the radio. The key fob has a separate antenna that it runs through which does not have to do with the actual radio. This is normally located underneath the cup holders depending on the vehicle.

If you are receiving a Key fob recognition error you have forgotten to plug in the antenna for the Key Fob, and we recommend going through the installation to make sure everything is connected.
