Bluetooth not pairing in RER or RHR

If you're unable to pair your phone with your RER or RHR, and removing the save connections from your handheld device and radio doesn't correct this, first try a Reset by going by accessing Engineering Mode.

1. RER and RHR Engineering Menu: SEEK UP/DOWN and MENU, then click Accept at the warning screen.
DO NOT DO A SCREEN CALIBRATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Go down a page or two, and you should see "Factory Default Reset" or "Factory Reset" and
after selecting that, the radio will reboot after about 30-60 seconds.
The radio will have to recollect satellites for GPS, so nav might be inaccurate right away.

2. If the above reset doesn't work, you'll likely have to reinstall the software. Simply follow the instructions to download the 2.7 software to a flashdrive and plug it into your radio to install it.

3. If that doesn't work, please call us back.
