Enzo C-INT4CK Instructions
FCA Heated and Ventilated Seat including Heated Steering Wheel Emulator (C-INT4CK)
For those who upgrade to the 8.4" radio and their heated/cooled seats & heated/cooled steering wheel in the new radio are grayed out, we have a solution.
Example of grayed out heated/cooled seats & heated/cooled steering wheel buttons on the screen. The buttons become colorful once the feature is activated. If they can't be activated then they start gray once pressed.
Our C-INT4CK will allow the heated/cooled seats & heated/cooled steering wheel to work again via the radio screen. Your physical buttons on your bezel for the heated/cooled seats & heated/cooled steering wheel should still work but if you don't have physical buttons then C-INT4CK is the answer to retain controls when upgrading to 8.4" radio.
When installing the C-INT4CK to allow heated/cooled seats & heated/cooled steering wheel to work via the radio screen you will need to check a few things. One the type of radio you have, Harman or Panasonic, second is the dip switches on the modules attached to the C-INT4CK harness. These need to be up for the feature to be off and down for the feature to be on/enabled.
Product Description
The primary purpose of this kit is to force enable CAN messages from the BCM to the newly installed radio. The features it will force are the heated seats, ventilated seats, and/or heated steering wheel controls on all 2013 & 2014 model year UBD, UAQ, UAG or UAS retrofit installations. This product is designed to be used with the Infotainment.com upgrade package.
Product Installation
Simply plug your factory radio connector into one end of the interface and plug the other end into the rear of the UAQ/UAS radio. Once installed, it may take several sleep cycles for the kit to work as designed. In some cases, the vehicle must sleep for several hours or overnight.
Dip Switch
Dip switch 8 needs to be set to on (down), 2-7 need to be set to off (up), and 1 needs to be set to on (down) if Harman radio and set to off (up) if Panasonic radio.
Reset
After that is done, you may need to do some resets of the radio via the keypad. Hold 1 for 2 seconds to reset the radio, do this 3-5 times for heated seats to work on the radio screen or wait at least 48 hours since installing the C-INT4CK harness.

Feature Descriptions
1. Keep this switch in the UP position if your vehicle is equipped with a Panasonic made Uconnect. Please flip it down if your vehicle is equipped with a Uconnect from Harman Becker. (Please compare your unit with the photos earlier in the manual. Attached to KB.)
2. Front cam ON/OFF. This enables/disables the front camera function. The front camera will automatically pop up when the gear is changed to D. When the vehicle speed exceeds 7 mph / 12 kph, the front camera shuts off automatically. The front camera can also be activated manually by pressing button 1 on the supplied keypad, or by pressing the BACK button below the monitor for 2 seconds (if equipped)
3. Parkpro ON/OFF. This enables/disables the parkpro function. The front camera will automatically pop up when the gear is changed to D, or when the vehicle’s speed goes below 7 mph / 12 kph. When the vehicle exceeds these speeds, the front camera shuts off automatically.
4. Cargo Camera ON/OFF. This enables/disables the cargo camera input. NOT AVAILABLE FOR RAM MODEL YEARS 2013-2015! This gives an extra video input and a cargo cam-icon in the menu, but also gives icons on the screen while the video inputs are active making this setting unsuitable for use together with media players. The video feed is connected to the Jailbreaker Enzo harness, NOT the Jailbreaker Enzo itself.
5. DAB ON/OFF. Uconnect head units made by Harman Becker for export markets (ROW, EU) are equipped with a DAB-receiver which often is not activated in the radio menu. Flip this switch to the ON position to activate DAB in these units. You will need to install a DAB-antenna to receive a DAB signal. THIS FUNCTION IS NOT AVAILABLE IN UCONNECT UNITS MADE FOR USE IN NORTH AMERICA DUE TO MISSING HARDWARE!
6. Not used.
7. Old Cluster Panasonic only ON/OFF. If you retrofit a Panasonic Uconnect in a vehicle that shipped from factory with a Harman Becker version of Uconnect, activate this switch to allow the Uconnect communicate with the instrument cluster correctly.
8. Heated/Cooled Seats & Heated/Cooled Steering Wheel ON/OFF. If your heated seat icons are grayed out in the radio then activate this switch to make heating functions in the Uconnect work correctly.

In the Brick Kit should be a new steering control module. Make sure that you replace your existing steering wheel controller with the one provided.
