RA3 / RA4 Factory Cargo Camera w/ Backup Camera - Black / Blue Screen
If a customer is using our backup camera and radio with a factory backup camera:
1. Verify that they have 17.11.07 SW Version
2. MAKE SURE THE MALE, YELLOW RCA ON THE HARNESS IS CONNECTED TO THE FEMALE, BLUE RCA ON THE HARNESS.
3. Verify that the backup camera's yellow RCA is connected to the female RCA on the harness.
