Ford Cluster issues and Troubleshooting

Ford clusters are programmed by the VIN so, if;

Navigation doesn't show up in a cluster: the vehicle may not have had a factory radio with native Nav.

The cluster isn't provisioned for the vehicle's steering wheel: check to see if the customer's vehicle is overseas, in a country where they drive on the right side of the road. The cluster may not have been programmed for Right Hand Drive.

A mustang gets our cluster upgrade, and still has their factory 4" radio, they can use Drive Modes to switch visual look on the cluster but nothing else. For example, using Sport Mode to change the cluster display but it won't give the vehicle any new functions.
