Sirius Radio

Problems transferring over his SIRIUS XM subscription with the radio he got from Infotainment.

Customer is having issues transferring over his XM subscription with the radio he got from us. Sirius is saying that the radio is tied in to someone else's XM radio account?

We advise customers to let the trial subscription end and then sign up for an account.
( If Already has paid account then it can be moved to this Radio ID)
The customer Gets some Free service for a period of Time, by following this Suggestion)

Otherwise, if the customer speaks to level II support they'll get set up.
(must be level 2 support to clear out the other account currently on Radio)

We (infotainment.com) recommend customers to do and those that do report back that it works every time.
Oddly, it is also very successful when a customer chats with the XM rep instead of calling.
