GM Wireless Charger NOT WORKING

If your  genuine GM wireless mobile phone charger it's not working please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure the phone is properly placed. The bottom of the phone should be on the pad. It is perfectly normal for the process to take up to 10 seconds for charging to begin.
2. Flip the phone 180 degrees to see if charging begins (top of phone facing dash vs top of phone facing rear seat).
3. Ensure the case on your phone isn't prohibiting the charging capability. Remove the case temporarily to see if charging begins after 10 seconds.
4. Ensure the smartphone you're using is compatible with wireless charging capability. If unsure, see our advertisement for compatible phones or borrow a phone from a friend that for sure is compatible.
5. Ensure the charger was installed correctly (flush with the bottom side of the armrest lid) and that the adapter cable is securely plugged in.
