I Can't Exit Out of "USB Device Not Supported" Error Message

The USB hub in the vehicle is not compatible with the radio. 


Please disconnect the grey USB plug from the back of the radio. All of other modes will function on the radio.


You will lose aux and USB capability, but you will be able to use Bluetooth mode with your phone normally.
