SIRIUS XM PRESETS DISAPPEARS WHEN THE VEHICLE SHUTS OFF AND TURNS BACK ON.

If your Sirius XM presets disappears every time you shut off the vehicle and turns back on, then please contact Sirius XM. The vehicle may be in demo/dealer mode which Sirius can change. Sirius will send a signal that would refresh your settings, and everything should work shortly after. This issue is not related to the radio itself.
