My Sync 3 is not updating/Update 3.3
Ford has halted the majority of their updates on the Sync 3 system. At this time 07/01/19 the most up to date software version is 3.0.
Ford recently release at the time of this article a 3.3 update, but this is only for certain 2017 + Vehicles. It is not available for any vehicles under 2017.
The easiest way to update your Sync 3 device is to do so with Wifi. If you get a constant spinning wheel, or no updates being found there is most likely not an update available.
