Mylink not working

After the customer installs the new module they need to call XM to update their subscriptions and request that MyLink be added. After the customer gets a signal refresh sent to their vehicle. They need to wait 30 minutes and then disconnect the battery and remove the fuse for the OnStar module for at least 8 - 10 hours. After reconnecting it will state that new applications are available for the vehicle and it will download everything within 5 mins.

 

 

After  troubleshooting this by loading up the Global Tis2web and it was giving an error that the module was receiving a communication error when receiving a signal. After disconnecting the battery per GM servicing guide everything worked as if it was from the factory.
