No Image/"Service Rear Vision Camera" Error (Auto-Locking Tailgate Only)
If you have factory auto-locking tailgate, the port in the install video is not compatible. You will need to replace the existing cable running from the tailgate handle (fatter wire). Please see attached picture for correct plug. It is tucked up to the left of the spare tire and to the right of the port on the far right. The picture shows the cable hanging down after releasing the tab holding it up. You'll need to release the red tab by pushing downwards. Separating the plug is a little difficult, but once completed, the camera image will come up on the radio.
