Service Trailer Brake System error after installing Ram TBC
After installing the Infotainment
Ram trailer brake controller, and successfully programming it with the OBD Genie, it's normal to see an error in your EVIC cluster that says "Service Trailer Brake System" (illustrated below.) This happens due to the new programming to your vehicle's BCM but no trailer being attached.
Simply attach a trailer to your truck and this error will resolve itself.
