My steering wheel controller is not working with the new system.

In the Brick Kit should be a new steering control module. Make sure that you replace your existing steering wheel controller with the one provided. If it is still not working, then try using your original controller.


We’ve found that with some vehicles the original controller works if it has the Sync icon, If you’re system still doesn’t work. The main purpose of the new buttons is the addition of the talk button, so if your current steering wheel controls already have that, try installing everything else and testing it out with your factory controls.


If it still does not work, there is a great possibility that it could be programming. You will have to send the radio back to be reprogrammed. Please contact our tech support to proceed with an exchange.
