Sync 4 Screen is Glitchy / Back-up Camera Does not appear in Reverse

Problem: Customer's Sync 4 display screen is glitchy or the backup camera does not appear when in reverse.

Possible Resolution: Disconnect the supplied harness and reconnect to the factory plugs. Ensure the yellow RCAs are securely connected. Test without our harness to make sure the screen and APIM are working properly to rule the harness at fault. Try re-installing the harness and make sure that it does not get bent or pinched.

For example, the space behind the Bronco display is very tight, please ensure the harness isn't pinched, preventing a full connection.
