Sync 3 upgrade gives Navigation Fault

This issue arrives if the Sync 3 upgrade doesn't have our infotainment GPS antenna plugged in upon start-up:


To resolve this, always plug in the GPS antenna we supplied you BEFORE turning on the unit/vehicle.
