Trailer Brake Controller Not showing in my radio menu
After successfully programming your F150 for trailer brake control, and receiving a green LCD light on your genie, if you see trailer brake options in your EVIC cluster but not in your radio screen it is likely due to the software version of your radio. Please check on the FORD website or call the dealership to see if you have the highest compatible software and this may fix the issue.
